    stumpytrunks, thanks for those links.
It really is a bit of a riddle trying to workout where this company is being directed & why.
I'm still not certain that this board are actually aimed at producing gas, but rather pointed towards compensation or a "buyout" (either way is OK... just hard to tell).

I see all the hallmarks, that are usual of a company seeking a take-over rather than a co moving into production. It seems to me that the board are treating a Gov buy-back as a potential take-over. Personally, I'm worried that MEL holders maybe taking on additional delays/risk, if the company stays intent on being bought out.
If the current direction fails to compensate SH adequately, it could still be years before we see any real gas production. It will be exciting times if/when the "Rosella" conventional explorer is drilled (in early 2016 I think), and will be very reassuring to see the company moving in a positive direction.

I've had a really a good look into MEL believing it was seriously undervalued. The resource is definitely undervalued, but the current political climate combined with a one-track board of directors doesn't boost my confidence.

    Cheers
