Thanks for that link Mac, I've not been following that alliance very closely. I'm pretty sure the WA govt would be doing everything in their power to get this thing off the ground. The building of the Anketell deep water port would be a much needed infrastructure project for the state, not to mention the proposed rail and associated mine operations.
The royalties from all the mining would be a huge LT windfall so I reckon Colin and Mike the treasurer would just about be up there with a pickaxe breaking rocks themselves to get it moving.
