Cap raise or not this space is only going to get bigger. If they do raise cash, unlikely they will need too much to tie them over until contracts start to commercialise. With every new contract will come revenue.
The thing is the regulation in the online proof of identity and AML is only going to get tighter globally and financial institutions will be forced to use these sorts of services to comply. Much like a chemical company is forced to do stack or emissions testing and a mining company is forced to get environmental disturbance permits. All necessarily evils and expenses that businesseshave in order to comply. The fact that ISX has many patents in these countries is a bonus.
The bigger the company's ISX attract in this customer On boarding stage the more likely it will attract other big customers and before you know it, it is the norm for ISX to provide these services.
I keep seeing how how things like Bitcoin are taking off with places like eBay possibly looking into integrating this, and as far as I know ISX is the only KYC and AML provider for digital currencies.
I hear on he radio this morning about possible Aus government trailing no passport between Aus and NZ and identifying travellers through a database. So you just don't kno where any of this is heading. Is there a possibility to use KYC for passport applications, or travelling visa's. I don't know but maybe.
So yes in my opinion revenue at this stage might be a bit limited, but as soon as you getting 100/1000's of businesses on board, it will become the norm and money will roll in.
