OK Anteo's EPS is not a good indicator to apply, so Forward P/E is the go. What did some one say 10x10M - lets just take a 2x10M for baseline.
In any case the VALUE of Shareholder's holdings will not be dilutive. The Script offer to Biosource owners will detetmine the Local Rights Issue price (now an SPP can only muddie those calcs and be at a not insubstantial extra cost so rule that out)
