    EVM - has been and will be a nice ST trade. They are getting $110million USD worth funds at 28c share price (20c USD)

    First tranche comes through 31st october of $10million USD with two more tranches of $50million USD each. Each tranche is convertible (as used) at 28c/share AUD (20c USD)
