Date of allotment: Bonds have been allotted on the 29th of October 2015.
Reason for the allotment: Applications received and processed under the
terms sheet for the offer of Infrastructure Bonds dated 1 October 2015.
Specific authority for the allotment: The copy of the terms sheet delivered
to the Registrar of Financial Service Providers for registration has been
authorised by an Infratil directors resolution dated 28 September 2015.
Terms or conditions of the allotment: Infratil is offering up to $100
million of IFT210 Infrastructure Bonds to all investors in New Zealand (with
the option to accept up to $50 million oversubscriptions at Infratil's
discretion).
