In these situations I tend to use limited sovereign risk as there is always some risk involved with projects such as these. However these comments are based more around the "developed" vs "undeveloped" country argument and the possibility that in some "undeveloped" countries (usually in Africa) there is the chance of a military coup overnight which will completely stuff things up.

The tenement itself is practically in the middle of nowhere, but does have good transport access. That combined with a stable political system (unless the French Canadians want to secede) should be enough to ensure production occurs if it proves viable. Not too sure on the pollution angle, but I think the tenement is far enough away for that not to be a worry.
