re: time to short I agree with ispy, PDN trend is now turning bearish and the stock would be a short on the rallies and yes PDN can be shorted on CFDs.
I know CMC and IG markets both offer shorting for this stock and as such I thank Ispy for bringing my attention to this stock, I will also now start and ball rolling and go short.
I think $3 would be a good target
