There's a few that were sued by the previous board and quite a few that got letters from their lawyer.
I probably would've been in the same boat had docmin not given my his advice to be careful. I was sailing pretty close to getting a letter as I was pushing a bit. Having seen what some got letters for I'm actually surprised, and pleased, that I didn't.
