China has a similar attitude to India but is aware that it is all smoke and mirrors and will keep saying one thing and doing the exact opposite - China out
Obama is on his way out any nothing he may promise will pass either house - USA out

That rest of the world can promise to go back to the stone age and it will make literally no difference to the climate of the planet without the big boys.

Copenhagen was a massive blunder by Rudd and set the writing on the wall regarding his complete disconnect with the world inhabited by working Australians. Turnbull would be wise not to make the same mistake.
