It has good reason for CEO to be panicky: possible bankruptcy or not. Sometimes once the worst happens, the company only could be closed off... Good thing is that you never let the worst become true.
It is usual that the bad lasts longer than anyone's expectation. MBN has the blessing low BR for survival and if it could be survival the sky is its limitation!
I do feel the VA and Receivership are the preemptive measures planned by someone and situation is far better than our first feeling.
