Pinto, you have corresponded with NC more than most so will have a good feel for this in bold above. But i completely support your comment about bouquets. I'm no psychologist but reading between the lines, the man sounds completely overworked and ever so slightly pissed off, so i think its super important that we as retail investors let him know exactly how grateful we are for his huge work ethic that has been largely responsible for where this great company is going... A bit of praise can go a long way especially when you've got bags under the eyes and questioning why you dont get to see your family as much as you'd like to. We NEED Nick to see this through
