By its own cashflow statement and EFIC arrangement the company has confirmed that it runs out of cash this quarter.
We know that even when a shipment actually ships, the fun just begins .... how do we actually extract some money from Rawmin? So far all we know is that the Rawmin "funding arrangement for working capital" was as robust as the Noble deal.
I'm guessing (as always with this company) that the oblique reference to a line of credit of $1m means that this is the size of the EFIC facility. With ABX's current cash-burn rate, $1m doesn't go far ..... The question is will it go far enough to last until Rawmin fronts some cash?
Every time the company leaves us guessing, the worst case scenario is the best guess ...
