Hey Raybot,the way I understand it is,
The firmware of the hardware can be upgraded or updated as they say.
The software sends the data or commands through to the firmware and then it creates signals to the hardware which is the Brainchip at lightning speeds.
So to fully understand it you need to be a hardware engineer,who deals with machine code.
