While on the topic of overseas, I still can't see the benefit of the Frankfurt listing. We sourced all our funding locally, so that wasn't it, and the question I have now if anyone can answer it, is say one day there is a takeover, and there was a $1b offer that was accepted, do we now have to share it with the German investors.
We have a market cap here of around $100m, so it would have been a Disallowed (only using round figures for ease before the haters tell me I'm dreaming), but if the market cap in Frankfurt is also $100m, it would seem logical that our take would now be half.
Same goes if we one day receive a dividend.

Can someone more experienced than I offer any thoughts?
