Am i to harsh on someone who has put their hard earn in to keep the dream alive (i thought about it)?.... I dont think so. It certainly affords him some empathy from all (including regulators) in the event of failure. The asset is probably worth more than what he has potentially put in and he is now the top of the list for payment. Feel like the house of cards music should be playing.
