1) To achieve 90%
Triton still has to pay Grafex (US$3,000,000)
2)To achieve 100%
Triton has to issue the equivalent of (US$2,000,000) in (Shares) +
Triton has to pay Grafex a further (US$2,000,000)
The due date for payment is (7/02/2016)
Although this is likely negotiable, considering Triton already owns the majority of Grafex with (80% equity)
