Timing of NYSE, page-2

Now - this timing business.

We know that the company (ie. Nick) takes advice from the NYSE on when to go.

Putting aside negotiations with IB's etc. ------- I said weeks back that the NYSE looks ahead and gives us an idea of when the market is 'right'.

At the time - I suggested weeks ahead - well, I might be wrong there - perhaps they only look a short time ahead - perhaps only a week - I really have no idea - but, since I posted on this last - weeks back -------- I have thought that well, these blokes can't possibly have a crystal ball that they can gaze into weeks in advance surely - no one can predict world events - so, surely you could only have a best guess at a few days ahead - maybe a week at most??

So - my thinking now is that this market sentiment stuff - may well change rapidly - and, possibly we could get the go signal - once pricing and other negotiations are done -- in fairly quick time.

- In short - I reckon we could go at any time - from say a week on - to after New Year - just depends on how they all feel.

It would be nice to get some information well beforehand though - on say indicative price and ratio etc. --- and, personally, I would like some idea of migration as well.

I guess we shall see - all seems good anyway.
