The upside is the management/board stability that comes from this. With the commitment to split the business and effectively sell part the game has been set in motion for change so it's now more than just financial results. I don't believe they can drag this plan out too long.
The Australian is reporting today that Domain is out buying businesses so I wonder if OTH has come across the radar. All IMO.
