I was speaking generally about science and the large risks associated with clinical trials. I was not applying 'inappropriate models' to msb, the trial models are valid as deemed by the FDA, msb and every single regulator. Ever.
The willingness of Japan is more to do with their domestic situation. Their economic need for growth is forcing them to take risks that other regulators are not willing to take just yet.
The deal news is uninspiring to me, no significant deals to compensate for cash burn. Clearly the last resort was dilution and that is what we have... This is a strong negative indicator for my short term opinion.
