I don't think that's quite right wg159. Fully funded sort of suggests you could go right down to the wire until there's $1 left in the bank. Who would want to go there. If you have board and advisory brain power suggesting the time is right to go to capital markets, why wouldn't you? We are talking way beyond Mickey Mouse AUS markets now where the average broker spruiker wouldn't know his arch from his elbow.
To be truly connected you need to be near the centre, like the office in NY is not some accident. Even if it went pear shaped for a while. I accepted the risk on day one, not a bystander. Shorters burn, burn, burn.....
