I have just been doing some calculations on there "Average net revenue per user per month of $3AUD."

According to there Covata Limited Investor Presentation Australia 26 March, 2015 they laid out for us how T-sys would pay us etc... They had an estimated 20 EUR to start per seat... (Page 5 ) then on page 6 gave the % break down to each company. Then on page 7 gave the bulk discount structure...

The $3 AUS is half the most discounted price available. So currently on provided fig from today they are getting $4.16 AUS.

Not an accountant but I take it then that working on there target of 1000+ per contract $8.53 Aus Gross revenue, current net revenue of $4.16 that is giving us a 48.7% net revenue approx

SAFE SHARE 100-499 users: @ 2o EUR, gets CVT $9.48 AUS Gross revenue. 30% of total price
SAFE SHARE 500-1,499 users: @ 18 EUR, gets CVT $8.53 AUS Gross revenue. 30% of total price
SAFE SHARE 1,500-2,499 users @ 16 EUR, gets CVT $7.58 AUS Gross revenue. 30% of Total price
SAFE SHARE 2,500+ users @ 14 EUR, gets CVT $6.63 AUS Gross revenue. 30% of Total price
