PGC audited accounts delayed further

Pyne Gould Corporation ("PGC") regrets that it has not completed and released
to the market its audited accounts by the end of October as intended.
The Company is working through certain technical accounting matters with its
auditors and expects to file by the third week in November.
PGC apologises for delays involved in publishing its annual audited accounts.
