Downrampers will definitely start jumping outta windows, but sadly too many foolish strata managers have upgraded peoples windows ahead of legislation here in Sydney and many cant even open their windows to let some breeze in let alone jump out full of ecstasy following such announcements full of detail and CDU awsomenessness...................

Given the financial picture being painted, the new mega transport and fuel deal, I expect many many many many many many more shares will be issued over time...........
