The Directors of Erin Resources Limited (soon to be renamed MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd) request that the Company’s securities be placed in a voluntary trading halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending a material announcement on a commercial and research collaboration on the medical cannabis industry in Australia, with a leading faculty of the University of Sydney.
The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 5 November 2015 or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.
I wonder if this is the handywork of Dr Ross Walker...
Looks to be great news nonetheless.
