small one last time to keep things rolling to keep SH assured that funds sufficient till next stage - BUT obviously not only not enough BUT the delay in probably "all" factors now resulting in this CR. IMO management "panicked" to this ANN given the detrimental slide in SP and could not afford for it to slide any further.
IMO can't afford to be a little one this time again given the "failure" of the last CR to get this to the next stage.
