Seems FRM has been hit by the 12 month Tax sellers phenomena . This is the process where by those who have held for 12 months sell down there holding to take advantage of the 50% tax discount ..This offload process usually takes a couple of months before they are all cleared out ... then I suspect the rally will continue. So don't be surprised when the tax sellers sell strongly into any rally in the short term.
Same has recently happened to ZIP and also a good example is the sell down 12 months after the 1st SYR
