Okay, I've had my previous post moderated for X promoting ERI. Whilst it may read that way the point I was attempting to make was why wasn't MMJ nimble enough like ERI to score a similar deal in Australia?
It's not as if the market was blindsided by Australian governments' recent partiality towards medical marijuana. The Green's proposed bill on MM coupled with Turnbull's rise to PM should have been bleeding obvious within the industry that trials were imminent.
Disclosure: I hold a small ERI parcel yet no MMJ, for the moment.
