Diversified Engineering and Infrastructure Company, RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR) announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to form a Joint Venture giving RCR access to global leaders in 3D Metal Printing, with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Claus Emmelmann, who is heading the Institute of Laser and System Technologies and the Laser Zentrum Nord ("LZN"), both being entities of the Hamburg and Harburg University of Technology ("TUHH") in Germany.
