In most public companies, the Chairman and Managing Director would take responsibility.
PH, while he may be competent on the operations side does not seem to have had the experience to be a MD of a public company and to me the "interim" Chairman just does not have the experience to be Chairman of a public company.
What CDU needs as this point is a well respected seasoned independent Chairman who can manage the various board factions and mentor/manage the MD and ensure that CDU builds some credibility. Since the "change" of management (still exactly the same but without WM) there seems to have been no improvement except that we do not got 60 page pictorials full of nothing.
