Look at it from these points, why rush through two CR when clearly not required?, How long does he keep $1m of his own Cash held up on this, when he has many other opportunities? He is doer and will do at his own pace , but going off previous examples and comments made, it seems before the EOY is more likely than not..ALL IMO
