Quarterly Activities Report

Had a chance to read through the latest quarterly report. I must say, I was quite shocked that the company had not provided a report on the public meetings held in Iskut, Telegraph Creek and Dease Lake held 26, 27, 28 May. Probably the most important meetings that will be held in relation to the success or failure of the bulk sample permit and not a single word on how those meetings went!!!!

A budget was presented to Atrum by the Tahltan develpment corp at the meetings to conduct work involving reviewing the plans and models of the proponent, attending working group meetings and providing comments to the Permitting Agencies. Not a word about that either!!!

Considering the importance of those public meetings in gaining/gauging public support for the Groundhog project I would consider the lack of disclosure completely negligent on the part of management.

My sentiment is: Would not touch with a 10 foot pole until management becomes a little more transparent and they have an approved bulk sample permit hanging in the boardroom.
