Just because house prices may drop (in Sydney and Melbourne!) doesnt mean that people stop building houses and units - There are other areas outside the big cities where building is going ahead as people move out of overpriced Syd and Mlb for a variety of reasons. As our population continues to grow more houses and apartments are required.
