Yeh syngas (Synthesis gas) is apparently pretty useless on it's own. More of a intermediary building block for a range of uses such as fuels, plastics, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, paints, nylon clothes to name a few. The waste product of coal gasisfication is slag which can apparently be used in roads. If they're building roads around Leigh Creek, then fantastic. If not...Anybody want some more slag? I made it extra slaggy for ya!
