Anyone who's bought real estate in Sydney would know that an initial low-ball offer would simply be scoffed by the "friendly" real estate agent.

The Govt proved itself be be a Shyite buyer, by doing so, puts itself under immense pressure to "up" the offer should the NO votes win.

The buyback + compensation needs to be a fair price, otherwise instead of just having to deal with the company, who knows how many individual/groups of shareholders might take legal action ALL AT ONCE including defamation (Roberts+Alan Jones BS) etc.

Just vote NO, the pressure is on THEM IMO.
