What's got you concerned, and what time frame do you mean by lately. MOU only became LVT a few weeks back. As one other poster said, anything has to be better than Mongolian coal. FWIW, I've had the impression that someone has been building a big position buying up under 20 cents, sizable chunks most days the last few weeks if you've been watching. May be totally wrong, been a dog this one.
