Perhaps the directors should have put us into a trading halt when they received the final results.
Would have prevented the accusations but unfortunately not stopped the dramatic sp decline.
On the other hand I quite often read on HC posts the "sudden rise in sp,expect an announcement".That is apparently acceptable,I would have thought it was 'insider trading'.
I wonder how many holding those stocks (and we've all seen it) report it to asx?
