BRN would not have to expose an trade secrets to perform a live, independently 3rd party viewed test. By definition the patent has put the IP in the public domain. You can't patent something that is a secret.

The detail of exactly how it is done can be a trade secret but no one is suggesting that he expose that level of detail. Just prove it can learn a simple game that we can all understand. It really is so very simple.

BTW don't feel bad for me. Save that for the ones that read all the hype over the weekend and went in at low 40s.
