LZ,
CPB are going to find CCI Holdings (CHL) a very tough nut to crack as far as a full t/o target. I expect they will make another higher bid though before too long.
As yesterday's announcement shows, they have only secured a further 1.3% of the company in the last 5 days......that's very slow going....and the general market is waking up to the potential of CHL with another closing high yesterday, and resistance at 34 taken out by a single buyer.
things are hotting up!!
