You are probably right but we already have affiliations in the UK and a reasonable history there. Not hard to set up a UK base using our progress to date when you have that sort of money being thrown about . . . .
I'll ask when I next talk to someone at PYC if it is possible - I imagine there would not be any decisions made before mid 2016 so no hurry.
