I'm in for a small position and I ll double when it stabillazes , anyway this his is the way I see things...
Obviously something bad happened bettween the resigned directors and co since the latest aquisition.
Maybe they got the hint that there is a replacement coming because why would you buy the German company and not bring their directors in to the company ?
There is always the risk to loose the current contracts in Germany if you don't get the leaders to your side so someone had to make space for the newcomers.
But the resignation of managing director doesn't look good for obvious reasons ( previous success , followers etc).
It's tough road now and time needed for ivo to get on right track .
