My hope is to pick a price that the stock will never revisit again in 12 months.

Right now I'm hunting for stocks that fit this criteria:
* low market cap (less than 5M cap?)
* low share base (not sure yet, but maybe around 20M?)
* high cash to market cap ratio

Not much at all around Hibi with 20m shares or under.

I'd pick 200m or under as reasonable. jmo
