strategies going forward

There are so many ways MEL and northern rivers gas and energy sustainability could play out from here.

I've posted my preferred direction on another MEL thread, a new entity with vision for low carbon footprint, regional energy self sufficiency ... base load from commercial scale solar and wind with back up from smaller scale gas peaking powergen ... this involves compromise from all parties and focus on pragmatic and excellent environmental outcomes ... importantly, the NSW government would not risk the inevitable sovereign
risk backlash that will come from driving MEL into the ground with a low ball compensation offer.

Give it and other strategies some thought.
