As stockrocker said, the app was developed by UST using xtv platform. However I'm with kmickle in that xtv should be keeping a close eye on what is happening, their reputation is on the line from here.

It is obvious that the app is hardly used, has no reviews or no new content for 3 months, even though the season is nearly finished. Why is that? Poor user experience or just a gimmick that has lost interest? Not all xtv's fault, but it has their name on it in yet another issue.
