Origin (ie the company most similar to Santos) did the same thing last month. Entitlement offer of $4. Share price hasn't traded below $5.28.
Anyone who thinks Santos trades at below $3.85 is dreaming.
Capital raisings are not always a bad thing especially for companies where it is already accounted for in the share price.
