I'm waiting to see all the details which will be sent to us shortly, but, the difference between this offer and the one that we were so close to having accepted really beggars belief. It is like chalk and cheese, and makes one wonder what and who has been behind this total transformation.
Apart from the huge cash injection, just weeks away, being out of Indonesia, retaining a royalty interest and no further obligations re the PASE responsibilities, is quite an extraordinary development.
I can see a probable share consolidation to reduce that huge I.C., but, with that cash behind us, literally no financial obligations, no debt and the prospect of starting work on our Oz assets, IMO, we have a completely new ball game. Nearly too good to be true????!!!
