Look at how those metrics could potentially improve with just a few adjustments...

Metrics:

Cost per download being = $0.80c.
Freebie App users = 1M.
Paying clients = 5%.
Revenue per engaged user / per day = $0.065c
1,000,000 freebie App users x 5% = 50,000 paying clients.
50,000 paying clients x $0.065c = $3250.00 per day.
$3250.00 per day x 30 days = $97,500 per month.
$97,500 per month x 12 months = $1,170,000 per year.
$800,000 to acquire the users per year.

It's once those freebie downloads increase, conversion rate increases, cost per download decreases, revenue per engaged user increases and retention remains in place - that's when this goes exponential. That's without opening up marketing channels, App-to-App users, languages or Android!

Only my opinion, but for me it's not the time to be messing around trading this one.
