Mr. Michael George Fotios BSc(Hons) MAusIMM
Mr Fotios has qualifications in Geology specialising in Economic Geology with extensive experience in exploration throughout Australia working with gold, base metals, tantalum, tin and nickel from exploration to feasibility over the last 28 years.  He is currently a director of the unlisted company, Investmet Limited, Executive Chairman of Redbank Copper Limited, General Mining Corporation Limited and Swan Gold Mining Limited, a non-executive director of listed junior explorer Pegasus Metals Limited, and has previously held positions with Northern Star Resources Limited, Homestake Australia Limited, Galaxy Resources Limited, Tantalum Australia NL (now ABM Resources NL) and Sons of Gwalia Limited.

Mr Brian J. Rear
Mr Brian Rear is a metallurgist with over 40 years' experience. His experience ranges from plant operator to chairman of the board, including stints with Rio Tinto Ltd, Anglovaal Ltd, CopperCo Ltd, Millennium Minerals Ltd and as a founding director and CEO he ran Straits Resources Ltd from its inception in 1991 to 2002. Brian brings to the company a rare combination of technical, managerial and financial experience having worked on and developed 3 copper leach projects in Australia (Girilambone, Nifty and Lady Annie).

Mr Alan Still, a Metallurgist with over 40 years’ experience in a variety of commodities has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company. Mr Still is also a director of Investmet Limited.
