re: spinoff shares Katy, the YRR spinoff shares will have the statements for them sent out after the IPO closes, once every share is placed. I reckon it will be late next week that the IPO closes- could be wrong.

The prospectuses were sent out to GPN holders automatically, and there were some left over if people asked for them. Brokers have them too. There is a copy on www.yrr.com.au and that has the application form in it.

I believe there has been huge interest. No wonder!!
