Samsung C&T's 3rd quarter (ended 30/09/2015) financial statement with notes will be available around 13/11/2015, so it's days away. And the 2015 financial statement will be available sometime during March, 2016. Complete financial statements with notes appear to be available only in Korean. I did a search on old reports (to 30/06/2015) and found no mention of NRW. (Western names appear in English.) Furthermore given Samsung C&T has a market cap of 34 billion AUD, and trailing 12 month net profit is 3.2 billion AUD, the significance of the NRW dispute to Samsung C&T is comparable to a gnat on an elephant's ass. You're very unlikely to find anything about NRW in their notes and regardless of the amount of the settlement, it shouldn't be significant compared to their earnings.
